Mr. Leon's has open enrollment many times throughout the year, 2011 dates are listed below.

Students may register any day school is in session prior to the following 2011 school year enrollment dates:

Admissions Policies

(Procedures and Standards)

For Cosmetology, Nail Technology, Teacher Training

The school admits as regular students:

1.    High School Graduates

2.    Holders of High School Equivalency certificates (GED’s)

3.    Drivers License, State ID

4.    Marriage License (if applicable)

5.    Idaho Cosmetology License ( For all Student Instructors)

 

Re-Enrollment Policy

Any student that withdraws from school will be re-enrolled providing that he/she has left in good standing. Good standing meaning: good attendance, no less than 70% grade average, all money to the school has been paid in full and the student has had a good attitude towards students and staff. If the absence has been three months or less, there is an enrollment fee of $100.00 and the cost of tuition based on the current rate for completion of hours. A new contract must be signed.

 

Transfer Students

Previous Cosmetology Training

Previous cosmetology training will be evaluated and credited according to evaluation by the Manager.  Hours and operations from another school and state must also be accepted by the Idaho Cosmetology Board. The school maintains a written record of previous education and training of the veteran, which clearly indicates appropriate credit has been given by the school for previous education and training, with the training period shortened proportionately, and the person notified.      

*We do not recruit students already attending other schools offering a similar program of study.
